SearchSite: Easily Search Within the Site
SearchSite is a Chrome extension that allows you to conveniently search within a website. Developed by Kosuke Iwasaki, this free add-on falls under the category of Browsers and is specifically classified as an Add-on & Tools.
With SearchSite, you can quickly search for specific information within a website of your choice. The extension provides a simple and intuitive interface. To get started, right-click on the SearchSite icon and open the options. In the Title field, enter a name for the website you want to search within, and in the URL field, input the URL of the desired site.
Once you have set up the desired website, simply click on the SearchSite icon to open the pop-up. The select box will display the Title you entered earlier. Select the desired website and enter the keyword(s) you wish to search for in the text box. You can either press Enter or click on the magnifying glass icon to initiate the search.
SearchSite will open a new tab and perform a Google search within the selected website's URL. This extension provides a convenient way to search within a specific website without the need to navigate through multiple pages.
